Refund & Returns Policy
Return Window
I accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
I accept returns if:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- I accidentally sent the wrong item.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Ordering the wrong item.
- The item does not match the customer's décor or personal preference.
- Minor variations that are characteristic of handmade craftsmanship.
- Damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, or failure to follow the product instructions.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
To process a damage claim, I require the following:
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the shipping boxes and packaging materials
- A video is required to process the claim.
The video is a mandatory part of the claim. Damage claims submitted without a video cannot be processed.
Electrical Components
If an electrical component of the lamp fails due to a manufacturing defect, I will cover the cost of the repair or provide an appropriate solution.
This applies only if the lamp has been used according to the care and operating instructions provided with the product.
For customers in the United States (110–120V), this includes using a compatible LED bulb rated for 100–240V.
Damage or malfunction resulting from the use of an incompatible light bulb, incorrect voltage, improper electrical installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the operating instructions is not covered.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact me by email. After I approve your return request:
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact me before returning your item so I can provide the correct return address and shipping instructions.
Please do not send your item back before contacting me.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging whenever possible.
Refund Processing
Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund within 7 business days using your original payment method.
