Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

I offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order handmade stained glass lamps.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders for ready-to-ship items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to my Shipping & Returns Policy for information about returns.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order lamps are individually handcrafted according to my original designs.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, or once production has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted because materials have been prepared and work has started specifically for your order.
